This issue of the Breeze is being published/distributed a bit earlier than usual as we will not be in town to publish it at the normal time - after the previous luncheon. We will include a June luncheon program synopsis and June luncheon photos in the August issue of the Breeze.
Please note that the MOAS Board of Directors will NOT be meeting in July, and will resume their monthly meetings on the first Monday in August.
Attached is the July 2017 issue of the MOAS monthly newsletter, The Sarasota Breeze, as well as a separate Reservation Form for you to use when making your reservation for the July Luncheon on July 21st at Michael’s on East.
Our July Luncheon program will feature Mr. Bob Carter who will speak to us about Age Friendly Sarasota and the growing age friendly movement. Looking forward to seeing you all at the luncheon.
Ron and Linda Wozniak are revitalizing the YAHOO program as you can see in the Breeze. On July 14th there are two outings related to our area’s best attractions - Sarasota Bay and Mote Marine Laboratory and Aquarium. Need to sign up by July 1st. Please review the upcoming YAHOO events, and join us for a good time. Also please consider volunteering to coordinate some of the upcoming YAHOO events. (Page 8)
Finally, on July 14th Peggy Mock has arranged for a luncheon at the Sarasota Yacht Club for MOAS Surviving Spouses. Please see her column on Page 9
