May 2017 Breeze

Dear Member

Attached below is the May 2017 issue of the MOAS monthly newsletter, The Sarasota Breeze, as well as a separate Reservation Form for you to use when making your reservation for the May Luncheon on May 19th at Michael’s on East.  Our May Luncheon program will feature Sarasota County Sheriff Tom Knight.

The luncheon is our Scholarship Awards luncheon and MOAS (Sarasota Military Officers Scholarship Fund) will be awarding scholarships to 10 outstanding graduating high school seniors who are going on to continue their education at colleges around the country.

As we have in the past, MOAS will be hosting the scholarship winners and their parents at the May luncheon and we request you be generous in supporting this luncheon by paying for a student/parent luncheon when making your reservation.  Thank you-----Please make your reservations early.

Looking forward to seeing you all at the luncheon.  Its always great to meet these young folks who are the future!!!

Ron and Linda Wozniak are revitalizing the YAHOO program as you can see in the Breeze.  Please review the upcoming YAHOO events, and join us for a good time.  Also please consider volunteering to coordinate some of the upcoming YAHOO events.

As usual, we hope you enjoy this issue—and ask that you let us know if you have any suggestions for future issues.
Thank you

Len Friedlander, Editor
